Shifting the way we think about our world is part of our natural evolutionary process. Much has changed in the last century as it relates to systems and science and what has been revealed has us thinking about our physical reality in a whole new way.  I use the analogy of Newtonian or Classical Physics and the new science of Quantum Physics as a good example of this shift. Classical physics defines reality as very mechanical, predictable and separate. Quantum physics is much more holistic and is considered now to be a more accurate description of reality and the essence of the universe. A universe that is connected from beginning to end and all things are a piece of the larger quantum whole. Separatism in Classical Physics supports a reality of chance, fear, scarcity, unending conflict, and chaos. Quantum Physics tells us we are all connected ---and supports a reality of wholeness, harmony, love, truth, intuitive intelligence and co-creation.
If businesses across the globe adopted more of the Mindset of Quantum Physics… the world would look very different.
